Interview
Acquired initial interview on campus website. Campus interview lasted about 20 minutes. Typical, "tell me about yourself" questions. The interviewer seemed to be looking for someone who was sure of their 5-10 year plan and knew a good bit of technical skills. Didn't seem too interested in leadership or teamwork. I think the personalities at the firm vary strongly.

Interview
Behavioral interview, friendly process. There was only one round of a behavioral interview back when I interned for the finance and accounting leadership and development intern position. The process was easy to go through, super straightforward, and my interviewer was kind, open, and engaging. I had a really good time.

It is a phone interview conducted through HR. Lasted less than 20 mins. Most questions are pretty standard, such as go over your resume, and she asked me about 2 experiences that she is interested in. Then, she asked me if I had any questions for her.
