Interview
Was emailed within hours of submitting my resume on their site, had a phone interview with HR scheduled for a week later. Pretty standard interview questions, and afterwards they set up 2 more phone interviews with different business units so that I could talk to people more involved in the actual workflow I'd be in. Everyone was incredibly friendly and laid back. The day after the third interview I received a phone call and official email extending me the offer.
Super personable, just to get to know you. There were no technicals, it was all behavioral questions they did. Talked to an applicable recruiter in my field. No other comments on the interview process
