I applied to the Textron internship through my school job search website. The interview took place at a hotel off campus with many other recruits interviewing at the same time. The interview was very relaxed but I could tell the interviewer was seeing my resume for the first time when we sat down at the table and he didn't have many valuable questions for me. He had also only been working at the company for 4 years and didn't seem to know much about the different locations and the position I had applied for.
