They are looking for very specific people and if you don't fit their "qualifications" you're not worth their time. They ask very strange questions that you have to have experience to answer. Which was very hard for an entry level job.

Interview
Had one 30 minute behavioral interview with two managers, it was mostly conversational and just talked about my experience and what I was looking to get out of the internship. It took a long time to hear back as well as to schedule the interview.
The interview process began with an aptitude test, which lasted for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This test covered areas such as logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal skills. After clearing the aptitude test, candidates were called for an interview.

The interview consisted of a variety of behavioral questions and questions about background experience. It was professional, yet conversational and included discussion of personal interests and hobbies. It was a very positive experience.
