Interview
I was contacted through email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took about twenty to thirty minutes. Was asked basic behavioral questions. Questions such as; 'tell me a time when....' and 'where do you see yourself in 5 years.' A lot of the questions also dealt with what I had in my resume.

Overall, it was a seamless process. I was recruited though my university's career center and had two online interviews. Focus on behavioral questions and they were pretty prompt with feedback
Screen with a recruiter then interview with hiring manager. Fairly easy more of a conversation. Good people to interview with and enjoy when the interview becomes conversational. Overall solid company

I spoke to Textron at my campus Career Fair. I was then was called in for a 45 minute interview on my college campus and was given a decision less than a week later.
