First is the Campus Career Fair, then I received on campus interview the following day or so. After the interview they send you email to fill out position preference survey . Then I received phone interview from local office employee (final round for Hunt Valley)
Very casual, general questions about yourself and work experience. If you get pass this initial round of interviews, you'll be place on a second round of interviews with the senior lead and a few of the staff.
