I went to the job fair at my college, spoke to them about the leadership development program, and then gave them my resume. I got a call back later that day for an on campus interview for the next day. Was a short two on one interview of about 20 minutes. Just easy behavioral questions.

Overall, it was a seamless process. I was recruited though my university's career center and had two online interviews. Focus on behavioral questions and they were pretty prompt with feedback
Screen with a recruiter then interview with hiring manager. Fairly easy more of a conversation. Good people to interview with and enjoy when the interview becomes conversational. Overall solid company
