I was invited to an on-campus interview following a career fair. The interview went great, the representative was a previous LDP . The whole interview was just them trying to convince me to be an LDP, very conversational no real questions it felt like. I followed up with an email and waited and waited. Finally, I reached out on linkedin and they kindly passed my resume on to one business unit. I had a 3 minute phone call with them after telling me they needed someone immediately and not a college grad. They passed my resume to another business unit and I had a wonderful phone interview with a director and manager.

Interview
I went through a standard phone screen interview with someone from HR. I made it to the next step of a phone interview with the hiring manager. The manager started the call by going on about how busy she was and how she really didn't have time for this. She asked me about one part of my resume, then suffered through a couple questions from me. The entire call clocked in at 8 minutes.
