I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Textron (Slidell, LA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Applied for the position, and three months later I get a call to schedule an interview. I interviewed with two other engineers who worked there. Everything went well. They opened with the usual icebreaker, "so tell me about yourself". Then they asked me questions specific to what I would be doing in the internship. Very comfortable interview. Felt more like a conversation than an interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Textron in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview was much more stress-free than any other interview I have had. I started with an HR phone call that consisted of logistics; there were no interview questions. The online interview was 30 minutes long and consisted of simple behavioral questions. Overall, the best interview experience I have had with great communication post-interview.
