I applied online through the company website and after about a week I received a call from HR to schedule a phone interview. They called exactly on time. Initially there was an issue with the phones but once it was resolved we all had a good laugh. Since this is an entry level job the questions were more about how my current experience related to avionics. The interview was with the maintenance manager and the avionics manager but it was only 25 minutes long so I’m hoping that is not a bad sign. I here initial interviews with Textron that are over the phone are 30 minutes or less. I do feel like they really like some of my answers. The interview was today so I not sure if I will make it to the next step.
