It was over the internet. They asked me about past experiences challenges and weather I was comfortable in a combat zone and familiarity with weapons. Experience level with their equipment etc. The things you would expect. Then they lied to me about pay, about vacation and chaulked it up to be a sweet deal. From week one, I knew I had been given a slight version of the truth. After a 16 hour flight and not having it all in writing though. I just played the cards I was dealt for the year. Textron owned AAI and Textron never screwed me over like AAI did So I learned my lesson everything in writing. The money was still good enough to put up with the terrible management at AAI and utter failure of a program. We have come to expect this though seeing its government funded and run.
