Asked me to describe my experience on my resume. Asked what projects I was working on. Asked what you are looking for in internship. Asked what jobs you applied for online. It was pretty short, around 10 minutes
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Textron in Apr 2014
Interview
I applied through my school's on-campus recruiting system, and I received an email from HR around one week later to set up a phone interview. From there, I interviewed with someone from HR for about 30 minutes with mainly behavioral questions: tell me about yourself, tell me a time you showed leadership, etc. I then received an email at the end of the day saying that I made it to the next round, which would be a phone interview the next day with the Director that I would work under if I was offered the internship. During that interview, it was again about 30 minutes with mainly some behavioral questions but with some technical questions over my knowledge and familiarity with department's work my Director oversaw. I believe I found out that I got the job either the next day or two days later.

Interview
They flew about 30 of us out to Bell Helicopter for a total of 5 positions available. Interviews seemed to be very unorganized. So was the company as a whole. Also, the expense reimbursement process is ridiculous compared to other companies. It's almost not even worth doing.

Interview
Two interviews, one on campus another on the phone. The first interview was ok. Not too difficult. Mostly wanted to see leadership experience and capability. Second interview was slightly more techy (I had a programmer interview me). Asked what programming skills I had

Pretty standard questions. May ask some technical questions if you get interviews by a programmer
