Behavioral interview, friendly process. There was only one round of a behavioral interview back when I interned for the finance and accounting leadership and development intern position. The process was easy to go through, super straightforward, and my interviewer was kind, open, and engaging. I had a really good time.

Contacted me from my school's recruiting system after I applied. The interview was very laid back and casual, allowed me to ask a lot of questions and get to know the company better. They reached back to me about a week afterwards.
It is a phone interview conducted through HR. Lasted less than 20 mins. Most questions are pretty standard, such as go over your resume, and she asked me about 2 experiences that she is interested in. Then, she asked me if I had any questions for her.
