I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Textron
Interview
Got connected through an on-campus recruiter. Everyone at the job fair was extremely nice and willing to talk, and I set up an interview. There were only two interviews, one on-campus and another phone interview. Both were pretty simple, asking basic interview questions. No serious financial terms or calculations involved in the process. Really, they just seemed to want to get to know you and make sure you are a good fit. They also quickly returned their decision, unlike some other companies that make you wait for a long time.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Textron (Oxford, OH) in Oct 2020
Interview
Overall, it was a seamless process. I was recruited though my university's career center and had two online interviews. Focus on behavioral questions and they were pretty prompt with feedback
Screen with a recruiter then interview with hiring manager. Fairly easy more of a conversation. Good people to interview with and enjoy when the interview becomes conversational. Overall solid company
