Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. I was a campus recruit and went through two thirty minute behavioral interviews with two different finance managers. They won't ask you anything technical or give you a case.

Overall, it was a seamless process. I was recruited though my university's career center and had two online interviews. Focus on behavioral questions and they were pretty prompt with feedback
Screen with a recruiter then interview with hiring manager. Fairly easy more of a conversation. Good people to interview with and enjoy when the interview becomes conversational. Overall solid company

I spoke to Textron at my campus Career Fair. I was then was called in for a 45 minute interview on my college campus and was given a decision less than a week later.
