I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Textron in Sep 2015
Interview
Received an interview at a career fair for the next day. Really easy and behavioral based. Mostly just a conversation about you and what you'd like to do for a career. Follow up interview was a week later with someone currently in the LDP and almost exactly the same as the first round with only behavioral based questions. Still waiting to hear back on an offer, its been almost three weeks with no response.
