This position is based in Williamsport, PA. There was a phone screen with a recruiter asking basic questions. The interview was scheduled in the phone call. The interview was over Microsoft Teams with the quality engineering director and took ~30 minutes. The director was really chill and professional, he asked 3 questions and the questions were easy. The position was described online as an entry/associate level position but in the interview the director said the position is really a managerial role. Best experience in the handful interviews I've been apart of in the last several months due to how down to Earth the director was. Was told I would hear back in 2 weeks, instead got the rejection email 3-4 weeks later.
