I was chosen for this interview through campus recruitment during our career fair. The interview was comfortable with the recruiter asking behavioural questions. He kept taking notes which was disturbing but I continued on. I did not get an offer but as it was my first interview, I got experience which I hope to use in further interviews.

I was abroad and I had around a 25-30 min phone interview with them. They wanted to get to know you. They also asked about specifics of my resume. You should show interest by asking specific questions on the position/company. It seemed pretty relaxed overall.

Interview
Got a phone call from corporate for a screening interview and then was invited on site. Textron reimbursed me for all of my travel expenses since I was relocating to the area for the job. Once I arrived I had a group meeting with the team I would be working with, a one on one with my potential boss, and a final interview with the head of HR.
