It was fairly casual, as I got an interview from my university's career fair. Mostly asked about items on the resume, and a few behavioral questions about leadership. They were very informative about the company, so ask as many questions as you can.

Met with the hiring manager at a career fair and got an interview. The interview was very smooth. Both interviewers were very nice. They didn't ask any technical questions and mostly asked about work, course experience.

Interview
Interviewed in person with two alumni from my college right after the career fair. Then was called a few weeks later to do a phone interview with head engineer. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes while the in-person interview was closer to an hour. Mainly behavioral questions.

Interview
They talked about my resume for the most part. A few questions about object oriented programming. After that it was pretty casual and we talked about career goals and what I could accomplish at the company.
We talked about about everything from what they do with UAVs to their commercial aircraft simulators. They really appreciated my curiosity and enthusiasm, so do some research before the interview. Know your resume, study some basic software engineering concepts beforehand, and be relaxed and you should do fine.
