applied and interviewed on campus at career event. straight forward behavior questions. asked about background and interests. some post application process was required to complete the interview. applied to wrong position and never heard back.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Textron (Stillwater, OK) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview was very relaxed and very straightforward. The interviewer tried getting to know more about me and my experience rather than how I was doing in school. Instead of him asking questions throughout the entire interview we would have conversations and it felt more personal which I really liked. The process was very simple and fast and it made more relaxed when I went in.
