Thales Electrical Engineer interview questions

I interviewed in belfast for an electrical engineering position in January 2024. I initially applied online, and after a phone call with the recruiter where I told him I had been ghosted by other companies, he assured me that if I was unsuccessful he would let me know. The interview comes and I think I'm decent enough, but they think I'm not experienced enough, it's fair enough. I have no issues with that. But what I do take offence to is the fact that after assuring me that if I was unsuccessful I'd be told, they left me hanging for 3 months, with no feedback or anything. On the online portal it just said "in progress ". I finally heard back after 4 months of waiting. Honestly I hope to never interact with thales or the recuiter again, their conduct was severely unprofessional
