Psychometric tests online. Invited to assessment centre. Group exercise, very through hour long interview and a written assessment. Assessors are very welcoming and the actual facilities in Reading are very good. Tea, coffee and sandwiches were provided throughout the day

For graduate level position, not on the graduate scheme, one interview for one hour, discussed experience and knowledge of the company and engineering. Quite straightforward and no hidden tricks, empathetic interviewer.
1 hour interview on site in Glasgow. I was asked around 8-10 questions mostly based on previous experience 'describe a time when....'. Interviewers were friendly and made me feel at ease. I was asked about typical things involved in the role such as previous experience with DOORS and customer requirements elicitation.
