I was contacted by HHRR representative that made a screening interview, then two technical interviews: one with a manager in which he kindly explained the role and made a series of questions about my experience in presales and IT / Security skills then a small presales case to be solved in 10 mins. The second was with a person in the same role that asked for a more extensive set of IT and security topics. It was easy and relaxed. Those interviews took about one month After those interviews they told me that I was (unofficially) selected for the job and that I will be appointed to take some psychological and security test in order to receive an offer in a week or two and that never happened. I contacted several times the HHRR representative and also the manager and 6 weeks later I receive an email announcing that I wasn’t selected and that they choose another person for the role. It was very frustrating waiting for them for more than a month because I refused to take some other interviews given that I was about to be selected. I recommend to ask your RRHH how long should you wait for the next step.
