I received the information to arrive at 8.30 am. After arrival, you will go through a briefing which would take about 30 to 50 minutes. They will brief you about the training duration and the salary as a trainee and after you get your license. After that, you will be led to a room to do an essay test. If I recall correctly, the question was about how "Describe the role and responsibility of a LAE and 3 safety hazards when working on aircrafts". After which we were provided lunch and the interview started. There were close to 50 interviewees that day so good luck waiting. Went in for the interview for about 30 minutes. There will be many interviewers/panel. You will either interviewed by people from the HR or the technical team.
