I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thales (Singapore) in Sep 2020
Interview
Attended the interview for a software engineer role. There are three rounds:
Round 1: Multiple-choice image processing questions to be done in one hour
Round 2: Assignment of three questions, one coding from leetcode, one image processing question, and one statistics. It is a one-day assignment
Round 3: Video call with the hiring manager. Roughly one hour.
Round 4: HR
Managed to get the offer. During package negotiation, the HR tried to bring down the package by saying my current package is high simply because the bouns is included in the monthly salary which is the most impolite way of managing candidate's expectation that I have never seen. After proposing the new package to them, the team suddenly turned to pick up another candidate so that they can close this opening. I didn't get any notification of the feedback of my new proposal before they chose another candidate. I wrote an email to check with HR but didn't get any reply until now. In short, the interview process is good and really looks into the candidate's overall capability. Sadly, the following process is kinda unethical and unprofessional in my opinion as Thale is such a big and well-established corporation.

Question 1
Self-introduction including the previous project experience
I attended the interview process as part of a campus drive at a college in Bengaluru. Multiple colleges came as part of the drive for multiple disciplines. This was after I cleared a virtual Online Assessment which was a coding round. We were supposed to have 2 rounds of interviews and 1 hr round, but due to a large number of candidates, only 1 interview and 1 hr was conducted. Only those who qualified for the technical interview went through to HR. I was rejected at HR round.
I had two rounds of interview , First one is HR screening and next round with manager and lead engineer for technical round. Both went okay and well informed on the process.

C++ , Embedded Linux , and other discussion around problem solving.
It was very long and tiring and ill managed because nothing was done with the help of computers. Everything was done on papwe which is ironical for a tech company.
