Les 3 entretiens ont été de vrais moments d’échanges, on m’a présenté l’entreprise et le poste. Je me suis ensuite présentée, puis on m’a posé des questions. Tout le processus a été bienveillant, et pas de question piège.

Deux entretiens sont prévus :
Le premier avec la RH, qui posera des questions sur notre situation et nos expériences.
Le second avec le PMO, qui portera davantage sur des questions techniques liées à l’entreprise et au poste.
Please be sincere, positive and polite. Interview is focused on your personality and how you can work well with other people in the team, so be polite, be respectful and smile. Skills can learn easily, but important is personality and heart.
Entretien avec manager en poste, présentation de mon parcours, de mes attentes puis par la suite présentation de la mission de la part du manager et enfin debrief avec points positifs et négatifs
