Thales Software Engineering Graduate interview questions

The process was a few months long and involved: - The initial application - Competency assessments (no coding) - Video interview questions (given questions and you video your response to them) - An assessment half-day - Offer The assessment day involved 2 group activities and 2 interviews; 1 technical and the other more behavioural / competency based. We were given the questions we would be asked before the assessment day so there was time to prepare full answers to them. Overall, it was a pretty tough process however I found it to be well managed and allowed me to show my capabilities. Everyone I dealt with was nice and seemed like they wanted me to perform as best as I could.
