Started off taking a basic logic test. Something from the 80's (maybe 70's). Not a very good form of evaluating someone's skillset.
Met with a few people, all seemed to be nice. First 2 people asked some simple questions, talked more about the culture and how "it's a small company so people wear many hats." Then came the third person. Had a title of "director", but didn't come across as one. Didn't seem prepared or have any real questions. Was done in about 5 minutes and had no real questions to ask. Seemed completely unprepared.
Left the interview puzzled. For being a tech company, I expected leading edge technology. Instead, I received a paper test that was outdated. Also did not feel they cared to put any real value in hiring new people as there wasn't much effort in the entire hiring process.
