The interview process happened virtually with a Design and PM lead. I answered a general questions about my interests and how they aligned with the firm as well as showcased a few projects from my portfolio. Interviewers were very responsive and transparent to my own questions.

Interview
The entire interview process was relatively traditional. You get to meet with your potential coworkers, have lunch and be able to talk to them. After meeting with the team, I was asked pretty traditional questions. The overall onboarding process, however, should be a much more clear and detailed procedure.
