Provided my availability to the recruiter for an initial call. They never called during the agreed upon time. I emailed and asked if there was a mistake and was told that they couldn’t join because they were “preparing for a week of being OOO” and passed my info along to another recruiter. Scheduled a time with this new person who was 7 minutes late to the call. I ultimately just said I was no longer interested because there was clearly no respect for my time.
