It was straight forward, They were fast at getting back in repsonse to the interview. Really friendly and offered fantastic feedback with which to work with in the future so that was good. Group exercise was fun. telephone role play was interesting, final interview I managed to learn a lot about the managers and who I would be under.....
Received the dreaded "we decided to go with another candidate." That's fine but at least provide honest feedback rather than having my recruiter say that it was "so close" because I have no idea why they passed unless it was ageism.

Interview process was very drawn out with at least 4/5 rounds of interviews for a EA support role. HR member of the team listed we are an exclusive team and do not take on just anyone and that's the way we like it.

Got as far as recruiter— she seemed unemphatic, snooty, unengaged— which made me nervous. She abruptly ended the interview after 11 mins. Didn’t even ask do you have any questions?
