Interview
I applied for an analyst position requiring only a bachelor and a couple of years of experience. Your chances are equal to zero if you did't study in a fancy private school like Bocconi, LSE.., they don't even have public schools on the list when you apply. If it's considered "other" (like if it were a junk school) the CV doesn't even reach the hiring manager. So if you have studied in one of the best universities but it isn't on the list you have no chances of getting an interview. Anyway, they have unskilled and unprofessional interns responsible for the recruitment. What a joke! So, what can you expect? Obviously they aren't able to understand your transferable skills. In the end, even if you have a Master and an ACA qualification, they will hire somebody with a bachelor in a fancy school...Elitism at its best!!!

Interview
Very structured. Started with an HR call then ended up interviewing up the chain of command for the team. The modeling exam was tough but doable. Definitely not the hardest process but not the easiest.
