Interview
Met them at the career fair, having .NET on my resume really stood out. Got the email in 4 days to meet them for an on-campus interview. They left me in a room with a packet for 30 minutes, 4 questions in total to answer. (Best time to buy and sell, get the set difference of 2 arrays, PEDMAS parser, and SQL) Then for the next 20 was asked to discuss it. 6 days later was invited to the on site. There I first had lunch with the engineers, then had rounds of 30 minute interviews. First was behavioral, and asked me to describe a project with their chief architecture officer. Next round, they asked me write a function that takes in an array, and outputs the largest possible sum of 3 elements in the array. Last round, asked me to implement a linked list and write a function that reverses it. Got a phone call 4 days later saying I got the offer.
very smooth with multiple rounds of interviews. not difficult, mainly easy questions with lots of time to ask about the company and engineering culture. mostly a two way conversation for all rounds

New grad - First round: 1 Easy level problem in any language and a short conversation behavioral interview. Interviewer rushed when I tried to stop to think. He ended up giving me the solution without me asking for it.
