Met at school career fair, first round interview on campus, final round Superday interview at Blackstone Innovations office in NYC. Both interviews consisted of behavioral questions and a design portion.
The Superday was six hours in total - mostly lectures/Q&A with other interviewees and current employees. There were 2 hours of actual interviews, and the team took us out to lunch.

Four questions, all of the questions were behavioral focused. why Blackstone? why X group? what industry are you interested in? and i think they give you 3 minutes to think of an answer but one minute to answer

Video recorded interview, first round, superday with technical and behavioral questions. Very difficult and competitive. Technical are similar to investment banking style questions. Accounting, valuation, finance, LBO, etc. multiple interviewers.
