Standard interview process. I had an employee referral which led to recruiter reaching out to me. I was invited for a phone interview, and then a week or so later for a second phone interview.

Why do you want to work in real estate? Explain one of your deals to me. Brief technical section where they asked you to find an equity multiple.
did an virtual on demand interview. Had 3/4 questions consisting mostly motivation for applying, fit questions and hobbies. There were no technicals asked during the interview. Did not hear back from them
