Networking and resume-based recruiting process. Interview took place in a hotel suite and was purely technical. Interview was only 30 minutes in length, started with "walk me through your resume" and became technical immediately. Very difficult questions, need to know everything from capital and legal structure to accounting questions. Round two interview was to take place 2 days later, but I was not invited.
