Interview
I had 4 round of interviews which included meetings with the entire team and senior leadership. No test or diagnostic but they did request very specific real life examples of my work.
Only took a few days to hear back and schedule an interview. Was there early, didn’t get picked up from lobby until 15mins after it was supposed to start. Ok I guess. Questions were technical and fair considering they need someone with a certain skill set. The next two people I met with were friendly and asked more behavioral based questions. Experience was very neutral.
First contact is with the recruiter. they will review the company and discuss the position. Lots of talk about culture and the like. The next interview is with the hiring Manager. You will also spend time with peers as well as other managers at your the hiring managers level
