The interview process is very lengthy and tiry. Not necessary for this job. I got offer but I declined. Salary offered is average But company is good and people are also nice

There was a pymetrics game where they got a sense of how you work based on different questions and tests, then I completed a recorded interview where I had a minute to answer a few questions, and then a virtual interview. The people that interviewed me were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable when answering questions.
