Multiple interviews with analysts, associates, and VPs trying to gauge understanding of the market, problem-solving approach, and overall fit with the team. Multiple scenario analysis and hypothetical questions to determine logical reasoning process.
Resume Drop online -- waited a few weeks before receiving an initial phone call from the HR team out of the blue. A week later after the call I received an invitation for a first round interview with someone on the team.
