Had to complete a personality assessment and then answered 3 questions through a recorded video. No face to face interview in Round 1, which is where I ended at. You get one re-do per question. Overall pretty easy questions but make sure to know why you're interested in Real Estate.

After the resume drop, I heard back a few weeks later about the first round interview. The first round is hire vue, and i believe the second round is a virtual interview, with a third round in person
