The role has been available in the market for months, I received interview invitation after submitting the CV for months. I had an zoom interview with the Director of Human Resources. She is a nice lady but the interview questions is hard. She managed the salary expectation (than 20% increment). The role requires to provide support for 2 seniors regionally. I believe the increment does not adequately reflect the value provided.

Not your typical process and difficult to understand how they get a view after 30 minutes. No feedback provided after receiving a decline. Even after a follow up. Definitely felt more based on how they felt about you rather than capability.
