Many rounds- hackerrank, phone screen, case study, debrief and final round.
Bad experience with process. After debrief they said they wanted to interview me for final round. Then didn't respond for 6 weeks, then changed their mind and said they don't want to interview me anymore. Extremely unprofessional to communicate with interviewees this way. Surprised Blackstone was this unprofessional
