Phone screen with recruiter, then an online interview with the head of TA, and lastly six individual interviews onsite. The 6 individual interviews consisted of 5 recruiters and 1 engineering lead, onsite for about 3 hours. Entire proceeds was about 4 hours of my time, not including travel to Bastrop. Now it’s been 3+ weeks to hear anything back. Disgusting hiring practices.
