My interview process with The Boring Company started with three thorough phone calls that covered my background, technical skills, and fit for the role, and then a site visit to the Vegas tunnel. During the visit, I had the chance to meet their field team, see operations up close, and actually walk and ride through the tunnels, which was a great experience and gave me a real feel for their work environment.

Very lengthy, 8 interviews in total, took over a month to accomplish, long enough for another company to swoop in and offer me something better, 5 phone interviews (3 Technical Interviews), 3 in person interviews, just too much honestly
