Only one round interview as there is only 1 accounting team member. Controller reached out directly after seeing my resume submission. Scheduled an interview with me that same night at 8pm because they were "looking to make decision very soon". That seemed weird to me since the position was open for 10 months. Seemed very nice and patient in explaining the job function and expectations. Very casual and informal interview. I became uninterested due to the compensation package and the fact the role is more an AP role than senior accountant. Seemed a little desperate towards the end.
