The recruiter, Lucas, contacted me about this role and he was extremely friendly, open and transparent about the role and other details, and free with his time. I could tell he cared. He connected me with an engineer on the team for a slightly more formal interview that went a bit into more details technically, behaviorally, and determining overall fit to lead the team. The overall process was pretty efficient. It wasn't a fit for me, 1.5 hr commute no traffic, so we didn't move forward. My detailed knowledge of bearings (or lack of?) may have also played a role in that decision, haha!
