I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Boring Company (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2022
Interview
Call with Recruiter, Call with CFO, Job Offer made via email, then an in-person site visit/series of interviews. The on-site interviews were with two HR members and an Operations leader. Everyone I spoke to talked about the same thing: everyone here works 60+ hours a week until they're burned out and quit. I will say: the people I spoke with were absolutely wonderful. A great team over there.
