I had a generally positive experience with the interview process — the team was warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. HR was especially kind and responsive in the beginning. However, after the initial interactions, the communication about next steps became quite unclear. There was a lot of back-and-forth, and at times it felt a bit disorganized. It would have been helpful to receive more timely updates or a clearer timeline of what to expect. Overall, great people, but tightening up the follow-up process would make a big difference.
