Interview
Was contacted via professional social networking site. Passed the phone screen, and flew to the job location for an one on one interview. The people I was in contact with were very passionate about their industry. It was fun to get an inside view of an already well respected company in the industry. The one-on-one interview was conducted in the hotel lobby. At times it was distracting and rather frustrating with the amount of foot traffic. The interview was very informal and very much based on a good conversation. Folks in the beer industry are very passionate and hard working, you had better be too!
