What does diversity, equity, inclusion means to you
Good, general questions only, not so difficult. Most of the questions are about my resume and my experience as a research developer at my college. But they took a lot of time between interviews for decision.
The process consisted of a primary digital interview, then one on one interview with post-doc candidates which are interested in working with you, then team interviews for each lab group.
